Summary
Fast-growing Grid Edge Engineering team seeks a highly motivated candidate to support the development and implementation of new Transportation Electrification (TE) projects and programs. The candidate will work closely with TE programs team to develop and execute managed charging demonstration projects (demand response, optimized charging, vehicle-to-everything). The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, experience working at/with a utility, and be familiar with the principles of test engineering and product development.
In this role, you will work on the leading edge of electric vehicle charge management technology and through well-designed demonstration projects you will help the company decide which solutions should be offered as full-scale customer programs. These programs would be part of a Virtual Power Plant that would improve our ability to balance the load on the grid as we increase renewable energy generation and create a clean energy future.
