Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Support Specialist to join our new division. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, some knowledge of programming, campaign management, design work and customer satisfaction oriented.
Duties:
- Conduct testing on new areas in the technical space as they are implemented.
- Making the most of your customer service skills to help make our platform customer friendly.
- Creating new presentations for potential customers
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in analytics
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- An understanding of campaigns, social media, people skills and the sales process
- Understanding outbound calling and sales is advantageous
