NH Family Campground looking for an adventurous individual who is not afraid of a challenge. A strong positive communicative leader with the ability to coach and motivate a successful team. Experience in management and customer service is a must.
Full-time Including all holidays weekends. Season ends November 15th. However, this is a year-round position with the potential of 3 months off during winter.
Job Description: Included but not limited to
- Works collaboratively with General Manager to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, protocols for the properties specific needs and wants.
- Perform all job duties toward the goal of ensuring the best possible guest service, while meeting or exceeding financial goals.
- Hire, train, coach, and schedule Campground personnel in the areas of the office, activities, entertainment, store responsibilities, restaurant, grounds keeping and maintenance; working side by side with staff in these areas daily includes reporting to the owners.
- Address guest and employee concerns.
- Schedule and monitor shift coverage based on departmental guidelines.
- Understand and support Company policies, procedures, and ensure that staff members follow policies and procedures accordingly.
- Oversee the proper ordering of operating supplies.
- Assure timely inspections and repair of campground facilities.
- Maintain daily communication shift logs.
- Assure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage Restaurant and Store staff
- Coordinate Child and Adult activities
- Coordinate live music and events
- Develop new events
- Assist General Manager with other tasks as needed.
