Responsibilities
- Efficiently managing client accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the clients.
- Assisting with social media management and engaging with our audience.
- Demonstrating technical proficiency and advising on optimal systems and processes.
- Hiring and managing virtual assistants, including their training and task allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct Sales Presentations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Working independently with minimal training and supervision.
- Actively participating in business development and client acquisition, and attend networking events and presentations with the Owner of the business.
Requirements
- Have some sort of background in creating systems, and processes
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technology solutions
- Experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify new business opportunities
- Ability to manage social media platforms effectively and manage other social media personnel
