We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You will work directly
with our Customer Service team as a support member to process customer requests.
This position is an entry-level position that will be groomed to grow into a more
customer-facing point of contact, so we are looking for individuals with a passion for
helping people. Industry-specific experience is not necessary but a strong and positive
attitude with a great work ethic is imperative.

Job Purpose: Provide outstanding service for our customers using phone, email, and
chat systems for communication while offering quick responses and resolutions to
customer requests.

Duties:
● Project a positive and professional image for internal and external customers
● Answer, receive and respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email
and chat.
● Plan and prioritize customer requests so that all needs are met in a timely
fashion.
● Research, hold and change customer orders.
● Create RMA & credit memos for customers.
● Create backorders and manual orders for customers.
● Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
● Research and track customer orders and relay information to customers via oral
and/or written correspondence.
● Learn and utilize resources to effectively use product knowledge to answer
customers questions regarding product offerings.
● Communicate and work effectively with all company departments.
● Keep updated on company and department updates to communicate effectively
with all internal and external customers.
● Perform other duties as needed.
In the office, M-F, 8am-5pm, Starting Salary - $35k to $45K based on experience.
