Human resources coordinator’s work to support OneWater stores with their recruiting and onboarding process for new hires. We also work to support stores with other administrational needs. We provide additional support to the rest of the HR team/ department as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities

Send onboarding paperwork to candidates. Review screenings

Approve jobs and offer letters.

Track candidates in onboarding and communicate with stores on progress

Complete I9 Verifications

Assist new hires with onboarding

Set up new hire profiles in HRIS System

Liaison between employees and HRIS system manager
-
Assist with processing employee status changes

Point of contact for new hires and employees for general HR Questions

Assist with the onboarding process for acquired employee

Train managers on onboarding a recruiting process

Data entry and quality assurance

Assist with HR team duties
Qualifications & Expectations

Prior HR experience

Microsoft Office Experience

Experience using HRIS systems

Employment law knowledge
