Step into an exciting role as a VP, Wealth Management Strategy Advisor! You'll have the opportunity to support financial advisors serving high-net-worth clients by providing strategic planning, coaching, and transition support. Collaborate with various departments to help advisors grow their businesses and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation Specialist: Dive into analyzing client needs and crafting tailored financial and estate planning strategies.
- Advanced Planning Expert: Implement sophisticated financial, estate, philanthropic, tax, and business planning using cutting-edge tools like eMoney and Holistiplan.
- Advisor Training Leader: Inspire and train advisors on client needs, platforms, practice management, and portfolio construction.
- Marketing Communications Developer: Create impactful marketing materials, including articles, brochures, and client-facing content.
- Sales and Opportunity Analyst: Manage the opportunity-tracking database and generate insightful sales reports.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree; CFP, JD, or LLM.
- Experience: 10+ years in advisory and fee-based platforms, advanced financial and estate planning, and institutional client needs.
- Licenses: Series 7 and 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Travel: Up to 40% travel for regional, national, and advisor events.

Pay: Up to $220,000.00 per year
