Aeva Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a licensed Billing Pharmacy Technician who is experienced with billing medication. This role will be responsible for our patient relationship management, and processing prescriptions/refills to third-party payers for reimbursement.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check and have a valid Nevada Technician License in good standing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Inputting patient and insurance information accurately, while maintaining patient records.
- Problem solve and provide solutions to healthcare providers, staff, and patients.
- Billing third party claims
- Assist with administrative duties such as customer service, generating weekly & monthly data reports, filing, etc.
- Communicate any daily pharmacy issues with billing, processing, and/or operations to management on a weekly basis.

- Move about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly moving from one work area to another.
- Have a good phone voice and cheery disposition.
- Be a fast learner, motivated, and self-starter.
- Be a team player and be willing to take on new tasks.
Position Qualifications:
- Required: HS diploma or equivalent
- Required: Ability to recognize and identify medications; ability to work as a member of a team; ability to operate personal computers and/or computer terminals; skilled in performing detailed work
- Experience in billing insurances
- Nevada Pharmacy Technician license required
