We are looking for Order Mangement who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the purchasing department by maintaining accurate levels of inventory.
Must have some experience with Basic Accounting and know ERP Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Performs other related duties, including special projects, as required.
- Enter purchase orders, receivers, and product transfer estimates into the warehouse management system.
- Enter order details into the internal system.
- Track open purchase orders.
- Compare delivery packing slips to vendor invoices.
- Update vendor rebate tracker.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Update pricing, including cost from supplier and the selling price.
- Communicate with all distribution centers about product availability and delivery discrepancies.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience working with a warehouse management system highly desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A strong analytical mindset.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Google Workspaces.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
