Job Description:
The Director Position works side by side with the Operator to oversee all aspects of the restaurant and business. This position also has an intense focus on all financial aspects of the business and is capable of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, drill down reports and profit and loss reports. The Business Administrator also works closely with the Director of Operations to support restaurant operations and provide high-level leadership coaching as well as having a pulse on the culture and vision for the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Employees
- Monitors cash accountability
- Manages employee benefits such as insurance, workers compensation and other team benefits
- Strategizes with the Operator, Managers, and all leaders to hit financial targets and takes action on operational improvements
- Monitors building security and keys
- Works closely with the team to approve and oversee social media and marketing opportunities
- Engages in the Culture and Team Member resources and works with the Human Resources Manager to plan Team Member events and appreciation opportunities
- Creatively manages restaurant promotional events and holiday festivities
Team Development and Coaching:
- Schedule One-on-One Coaching sessions
- Available for all Team Members to provide guidance and coaching
- Frequently meets with the Operator and Director of Operations to discuss financial goals, the culture within the restaurant and team member development.
- Provide both Formal and Informal feedback to the team on an ongoing basis.
- Strives to improve personal growth and leadership skills.
- Works with with the team to identify new upcoming leaders.

The responsibilities of a store manager are to greet the staff and customers, provide them with what they need, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust, assist the staff with anything they need and make sure the customers have a great shopping experience.
