Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for customers and Field Sales via phone and email, providing account support for a designated sales territory
Process a high volume of incoming email orders with accuracy
Review customer orders and accounts while resolving issues
Work with customers on product returns, account credits, and credit card payments
Manage open order reports, working proactively with Logistics, Sales, and the customer to make decisions on ship dates, substitutions, and partial shipments based on product availability
Create Seasonal Price Lists and UPC codes and communicate to Sales
Send out garment/fabric samples and swatches as needed
Demonstrate a positive, collaborative approach at all times to meet customers’ needs
Qualifications
Has strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office; position requires daily use of Outlook and Excel (intermediate level)
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; conducts appropriate research before making recommendations
Can easily prioritize work and shift seamlessly between tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
2 year's data/order entry experience required
2 year’s office experience in business-to business support required
Experience with Microsoft ERP preferred
Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.

Pay: $42,640.00 - $47,840.00 per year
