Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build the Client Relations strategy focusing on existing top & how to target emerging HNW clients
- Create 360 plan for all events, ensuring they support the Regions/Countries business objectives & resources while also ensuring a seamless and elevated for our Clients
- Lead, develop and inspire the LVA Client Relations teams ensuring they have a clear vision and understanding of the overall LV strategy, and the role they have in its success
Client Centric & Excellence:
- Partner with the Client Relations team in Paris ensuring LVA’s strategy supports the global Client Relations vision and objectives
- Collaborate with zone leadership and Regional Partners in creating and mapping the annual events/experience and calendar
- Identify new business opportunities through our existing and new products, networks, department stores, external partners, and industry trends
- Manage, optimize & maintain the LVA Client Relations budget
- Conduct post event analysis on all events in partnership with the Regional teams and use this intelligence to optimize the ROI of each initiative while also levering the insights to further brand loyalty & desirability
- Collaborate with Global Client Relations, Zone Client Development & Regional/Country teams to carefully select and target appropriate clients for all events (Global, Zone, Regional, Local)
- Leverage all available resources (internal and external) and tools to identify, target, recruit and retain relationships with new Clients
- Continuously challenge yourself and the teams (Zone and Regional) to identify innovative ideas aimed at broadening LV’s HNW client base
- Oversee and support the execution of all major Zone/Regional events ensuring all Client’s needs & expectations are exceeded and that they have an unforgettable experience
Self & Team Development:
- Manage Team performance and support them in continuously improving and elevating their skills
- Ensure each team member understands their role in each event/experience and ensure responsibilities and activities are properly allocated
- Set up mentorship schemes where team members can continuously learn from seasoned professionals about managing high-value relationships
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $265,000 - $285,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
