Job Title: Life Enrichment Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and implementing therapeutic activities designed to meet the specific and individual needs of the Memory Care residents. This is a full-time position with hours from 10:30 - 7pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement therapeutic activities for Memory Care residents
- Develop and maintain a calendar of events and activities
- Supervise and train staff members on therapeutic activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic activities and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure resident needs are met
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Qualifications:

- BS or BA degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of therapeutic activities for Memory Care residents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- CPR and First Aid certification required
