Infocheck Solutions was founded in California during the Covid-19 pandemic as the background check industry was scrambling for solutions to their public records services with court closures and automation irregularities. We are a fast paced growing compnay which has gone from providing background checks in 5 states in 2020 to providing nationwide coverage in 2024. Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly communicate and respond to daily inquiries from clients and team members
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to clients needs and expectations.
- Report researcher findings for each specific background check into our proprietary system for delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to process and execute customer relations goals and expectations
Experience:
- Experience in Background Screening a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
