The Opportunity: EVMS Analyst
Candidate will provide Earned Value Management support services to an aerospace program, including:
- Program-level EVM Review and Analysis Support
- EVM System Compliance Support
- Establishment, Verification, and Validation of Cost and Schedule Baselines
- Cost, Schedule, and Technical Analysis
- EVM Audit Support
- EVM Metrics and Reporting Support
- Program Review Meeting Support
- EVM Validation Support
- Scheduling Support.
This work will be done on-site along with a team of EVMS analysts.
Career Stage: Associate
Location: Arlington, VA (Crystal City)
Period of Performance: One base year with two, 1-year options
Pay: $88,000 to $104,000 annually

About You: You have 3 to 5 years of experience with Earned Value, Cost Schedule Integration, or Scheduling. years of experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or other related field
- Experience with scheduling software is a plus (Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, ARES PRISM, etc.)
- Experience working on an EVMS or EVMS-Lite project preferred
- Ability to work as a team with the financial, engineering and program management staff to create and track cost, schedule and performance
- Data management skills are highly relevant (Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to gain a DoD Secret security clearance
