- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Provide support to other departments as needed

- Strong administrative skills with experience in office management
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable
