Newport Home Health, a leading provider of compassionate home care in San Antonio, is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, families, and staff, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Job Responsibly
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify caregiver hours.
- Schedule appointments for clients and staff, ensuring smooth operation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records.
- Process paperwork and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist with answering questions and providing information to clients and families.
- Occasionally travel to client homes within San Antonio to complete admissions paperwork.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Inbound and out bound call making.
Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent file management and data entry abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
