Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, working with individuals with autism, and possess expertise in providing behavioral therapy.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic techniques to support patients with autism spectrum disorder
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers and other professionals on behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Proficiency in patient care and behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
