Seeking a highly organized self starter who will perform clerical functions such as database entry, printing, copying, filing, mailing, scheduling appointments, overseeing projects, and creating checklists for events. This requires an individual with strong time-management skills who is supportive, cooperative, and can prioritize projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the administration of projects and deadlines.
- Manage systems for marketing flyers, social media, video, email, direct mail, events, seminars, website, and database.
- Client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up and all office administration.
- Update business operations manual. Document checklists.
- Ensure all activities of supervisor are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts & lead generation.
- Hold agent(s) accountable for conducting all agreed upon lead generation activities.
- Manage the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing leadership of all future agent and administrative hires.

Requirements:
- High School diploma/ equivalent
- Driver's License
