Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced E-Commerce/Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms (such as amazon), developing and executing marketing strategies to drive online sales, and enhancing the overall digital customer experience. This role requires a detail-oriented and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize MW Polar Foods' product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to increase product visibility and drive online sales.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend search terms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products are effectively launched online.
- Manage inventory levels and process purchase orders from Ecommerce customers to ensure inventory availability
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce policies, algorithms, and best practices to maintain compliance and maximize performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
- Develop and manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience managing and marketing products e-commerce platforms. Experiences with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing product listings on Amazon.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and advertising strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
