Position Description:
Responsible for the cleanliness, organization, stocking and maintenance of warehouse and vehicles; receives and processes deliveries and runs parts to sites as needed. The Facility Coordinator maintains the building with small repairs, painting and upkeep and oversees maintenance technicians for items such as the bay doors and heat pumps.
Hours: Full time. Mon-Fri. 7:30am - 3:30pm

- Warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Warehouse inventory
- Receiving deliveries
- Running parts
- Stocking vans
- Van maintenance and upkeep
- Warehouse and office maintenance and upkeep
Specific Responsibilities of the Job:
Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness
- The first hour of each day is dedicated to cleaning the parking lot and emptying the garbages of each bay
- Recycle metals, pallets and wire as needed
- Light construction tasks such as hanging or fixing things throughout the warehouse
- Maintain and improve the organization of all materials in the warehouse such as tools, ladders, and electrical components
Warehouse Inventory
- Perform monthly count of all items designated as inventory
- Fill out inventory log accordingly
- Order items as necessary
Receiving Deliveries
- Check in daily deliveries and shipments from vendors (refer to the “receiving process” document)
- Must be able to audit parts received from the supplier for accuracy
- Organize accordingly
Running Parts
- Jobsites often need various electrical components throughout the day
- This will be done in a personal vehicle if a company vehicle is not available (subject to reimbursement for mileage + wear and tear)
Stocking/Maintenance of Vans
- Audit and restock vans “designated inventory” every Friday
- Clean vans as needed every Friday
- Manages and implements vehicle maintenance
- Complete vehicle safety checklist every month
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to be a motivated and creative self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to work without supervision
- Ability to drive a forklift (we will train as necessary)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
