Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage our team effectively.
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and overall dining experience
- Manage and motivate staff members, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards
- Coordinate special events or banquets as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Knowledge of bartending or fine dining service is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment maintenance
