We are looking for a superstar Super star Sales account executive to join our team in order to help us continue our growth, specifically in the social and corporate event industry.
The successful candidate will have approved track record of aggressive sales, growth strategies, tactical initiatives, business development plans, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
· Develop and establish new relationships with potential clients.
· Meet sales goal of 1M the first year
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
· Once clients are established, maintain close relationships with existing clients with the goal of excellent service, client satisfaction and increased selling opportunities
· Generate revenue through a structured consultative sales approach
· Develop, implement and manage strategic plans for short term and long term growth goals
· Create alliances and cross promotion opportunities with new and existing partners
· Work with new partners to frame business opportunities with revenue and pricing structures
· Attend networking events weekly
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing company products and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
Required Skills
· 6 years of sales experience prospecting new business as well as maintaining account relationship for existing business
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals
· Strong strategic planning skills and relationship building skills
· Sales negotiation skills with excellent presentation skills
· Must provide excellent customer service experience
· Excellent time-management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and benefits:
· Base of $65,000 + Aggressive Commission. Total compensation $85,000 to $110,000+
· 401K, Vacation benefits + option for Health / Dental Insurance after 90 days
