Job Summary:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our internal staff, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and services.
Duties:
- Respond to help desk inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on Windows-based systems
- Provide technical support for LAN, TCP/IP, and other networking protocols
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure including Meraki devices
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve technical issues promptly
- Document all support activities and resolutions accurately
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and computer hardware components
- Experience in providing technical support to end-users
- Familiarity with Meraki devices is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and office technology environments
