Job Description
Hwacheon Machinery America is the leading machine tool builder in South Korea. The Sales Coordinator’s role is supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly and annual targets. The sales coordinator is instrumental in the communication and reporting with the internal staff, external customers, dealers and sales team. He/She is responsible for all administrative functions essential for everyday sales operations.
Job Responsibilities
SALES ADMINISTRATION
- Coordinating and responding to all sales related requests and inquiries
- Register sales quotations
- Mangage documentations, catalogues and related materials on content library
- Responsible for all order processing, order confirmation and other follow up documentation
- Assisting in local supplier purchases and deliveries, dealer / customer orders and deliveries
- Assist Sales team with reporting, must have basic excel knowledge
- Point of contact for dealer Network and key accounts
- Assist with logistics as needed
- Responsible for Warehouse Machine Releases (documents)
- Manage Product Inventory, Stock List
- Assist Sales teams with event preparations
- Assist Sales & Marketing team as needed (manage cloud library, replacing or uploading new content)
- Assist with light Social Media and advertising duties
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
- Assisting in general administration to maintain an efficient work environment
- Help other departments when needed, team player
ERP SYSTEM
- Updating the customer database
- Responsible for the real time update of wholeorder processing in ERP include order forecasting.
Skills requirement (Willing to train the right candidate)
- ERP System, Excel, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Marketing experience preferred but not necessary
- adobe - Photoshop, illustrator, indesign - a plus but not necessary
- Freight/Logistics experience a plus
- Project management or purchasing experience also a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
