Job Summary:
Euclid Beverage LLC is seeking a Brand Manager to ensure excellent retail execution of the assigned supplier’s products. The Brand Manager serves as the primary point of contact for suppliers working with Euclid Beverage.
Key responsibilities include holding regular planning and review meetings with suppliers, setting goals with the sales management team to achieve agreed-upon distribution and volume targets, managing the supplier marketing budget for POS, incentives, etc., and providing regular updates to the sales team on progress versus goals, new products, chain activity, and more.
The Brand Manager position plays a crucial role in ensuring Euclid Beverage's successful execution of its suppliers' portfolios. This position is located in North Aurora, IL.
Essential Functions:
- Ensures effective annual business plans are developed, achieving supplier alignment with Euclid Beverage's business objectives.
- Defines and sustains measurement systems to monitor performance.
- Continuously tracks performance against defined business metrics and in-outlet execution.
- Maintains an effective stewardship routine of supplier interaction.
- Conducts monthly or quarterly planning and review meetings with suppliers.
- Creates course correction communications for the sales management team.
- Acts as the gatekeeper of supplier interaction with Euclid Beverage.
- Facilitates supplier interaction with District Managers to schedule supplier rides or accounts visits with Sales Supervisors.
- Has monthly interactions with the Forecasting team, Sales Manager, and General Manager on inventory needs, current product rate of sale, and product issues, etc.
- Responsible for sales forecasts to the Inventory/Forecasting team and regular updates to the plan.
- Maintains non-saleable beer at .05% of Gross Sales.
