Job Summary :
The Customer Service Supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results. You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes. You will maintain documentation such as correspondence and operational records, and communicate promotional offers to customers.
Essential Functions:
- Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation
- Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies
- Understand, develop, implement, and train others in company processes to include but not limited to quoting implementation of accounts, and System management
- Coordinate customer inquiries, complaints, and other requests with the Sales and Operations teams to facilitate accurate and timely responses
- Manage a team of customer service agents and key account supervisors
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
- Other duties as requested
Skills/Competencies:
- Capability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Established time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude

- Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus (3 years working experience in lieu of degree)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role; transportation and logistics customer service preferred
- 3+ Years Supervisor Experience
- 3+ Years of Customer Service Experience

Pay Range:
$55,000-$60,000
