Specialized Staffing is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a varied marketing skill set. Candidates that can create user-first messaging while backing it up with data-based. The successful candidate will have experience in B2C marketing, though not necessarily in the Staffing/HR sector.
This is a creative position within a company that serves a goal of supplying workforce ready talent to companies in the manufacturing and educational sectors. The successful candidate will be someone with project management, design and copy skills, with an eye towards deadline-driven delegation and remote management of asset creation, design, coding and production tasks when appropriate.
Job Duties Include:
Graphic Design, Videography & Photography
- Creation of digital media, and printed marketing assets
- Create or assist in creating sales presentations on an as-needed basis
- Manage digital & physical signage and event space look & feel
- Create training, job descriptions, event/highlights, and other videos as needed for the internal company and clients
- Maintain internal staff headshots
Web Design
- Maintain company WordPress sites
- Create and maintain simple, functional, graphicly appealing, web microsites for clients and events
- Social Media
- Create and maintain social media presence and ad strategy in all markets
- Analyze demographics an d statistics to target ad placement in specific markets and communicate trends to clients and staff
- Devise evolving strategies to combat negative audience sentiment to present client messages and increase traffic through new inbound channels
General Marketing & Public Relations
- Work directly with client marketing teams and local hiring managers to meet their various needs
- Write scripts for advertising and talking points for media relations
- Help plan and execute hiring events, volunteer events, and internal company events
- Have a presence in all markets while building specific demographic knowledge as well as on a needed basis for events and client presentations
- Maintain monthly blogs, labor reports, quarterly campaigns, and other topical content as needed
- Manage SWAG inventory and ordering
- Use the company database to direct message candidates and clients
- Manage monthly client and employee communication through email journeys, build and maintain drip campaigns for prospective clients
- Manage multiple vendors for advertising, printing and more
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Creative Writing or practical B2C marketing experience in a retail or service industry in small-to-medium-sized markets
- Practical Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Ability to maintain Brand Standards for the company and clients
- Experience in web design, experience with WordPress preferred
- Understand and be able to utilize and create Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, graphic, video and audio file formats
- Experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design and Presentation skills with the willingness to upskill over time to become proficient for the day-to-day needs of clients, sales and recruiting managers
Experience:
- B2B marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Graphic Design: 5 years (Preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
