Construction company seeking for an energetic, outgoing professional individual to assist with administrative day to day tasks. Searching for the following:
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel / Google sheets must).
Must be very familiar with using the internet.
Must have a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills.

Pleasant telephone demeanor.
Must be organized, able to pay attention to details and have the ability to multitask
Good follow-up skills.
Mature, responsible, reliable, and eager to learn.
Worked in an office environment before (Bonus).
Spanish speaking (Bonus).
QuickBooks experience (Bonus).
Position is full-time only with options to extra hours.
Duties will include but not limited to: Files Maintenance, Accounts payable and receivable
Support Accounting Manager, leads confirmation and dispatch Receive, process, and apply check and credit card deposits. Prepare and email invoices to customers.
All other related responsibilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
