- A personal injury law firm seeks an experienced, responsible, organized, and friendly paralegal.
- Previous personal injury paralegal experience is required.
- Pre-Litigation + Litigation experience is required - 30% Litigation, 70% PreLit
- Responsibilities will include: managing personal injury cases (pre-litigation files and litigation files ) and serving as the point of contact for clients; contacting clients, insurance companies, and negotiating settlements, with assistance from a supervising attorney; maintaining confidential information, including medical records, insurance details, and contact information; arranging and following-up with client care as needed; ensuring progress towards case settlement; and other duties as assigned.
- Required qualifications/skills include: paralegal experience; effective written and oral communication; organization and attention to detail; flexibility to handle changing and growing work load; positive and professional relationships at all levels; task oriented and focused; ability to take direction; computer skills.
