The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.

Job title: Administrative Assistant
Department: Operations
Reports to: This position reports to the COO and is a key contributor to the overall success of the operations team.
Main Responsibilities
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office documents including but not limit to contractor and vendor contact, lease document, service report.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Visual equipment inspection, daily inspection of buildings.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, photocopying, taking and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments with internal and external parties, providing back up to switchboard, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing correspondence and maintaining database records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
