JOB OVERVIEW
Under supervision, provides support to all aspects of scheduling and organizing CLER site visits, including assisting in the selection of Sponsoring Institutions to schedule for specific weeks and scheduling CLER site visits, in coordination with designated institutional officials. Organizes and distributes materials necessary for CLER Field Representatives to complete CLER site visits.
Interfaces with CLER Field Representatives to troubleshoot problems that arise in the field. Works with CLER Field Representatives and Operations team to create efficient processes for prior to, during, and post CLER site visits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedules CLER site visits for Sponsoring Institutions by interfacing with designated institutional officials, ACGME scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office products.

Prepares and disseminates CLER site visit materials to CLER Field Representatives.

Assists in the selection of Sponsoring Institutions for CLER site visits.

Interfaces with ACGME Accreditation Data System team to ensure online Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) Program system is performing as intended.

Troubleshoots problems in the field during CLER site visits.

Projects and plans out specific CLER protocols to ensure efficient scheduling processes.

This position is based in a typical office environment with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.

Most of the work performed is normally done in the ACGME office and/or home office with the typical physical demands of an office environment.
