We are seeking an office administrative assistant to help with greeting customers, checking in vehicles, answering phones, and working with customer on apts and scheduling and basis day to day tasks. Familiarity with the auto collision business is a plus!
Requirements:
- Experience answering in-coming phone calls and/or communicating with customers thru email
- Greeting Customers in a timely & friendly manner
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Industry related system
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- History of success and tenure in previous work experience
- Ability to Maintain cleanliness of front office
- Self-Motivated- Team Player
Industry Related Duties (not limited to):
- Ensure that all documents are prepared for the continuation of the repair process
- Ability to work with CCC Estimating System
- Checking-In vehicles with Photo System (this requires time outside)
- Schedule Repair Appointments
- Obtain customer and vehicle data as needed for collision center estimators
- Obtain customer's signed authorization via in person or email
- Post funds received from the repair of a vehicle to the appropriate repair order
- Call customer when vehicle is ready and schedule the appointment for the vehicle to be picked up
- Securing Total Loss Photos as needed
- Any additional tasks necessary to provide support to office and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
