Here at The Pope Agency, we are currently looking for full-time entry-level candidates to train into highly motivated managers to support our growing team in Houston, TX. We provide in-depth training! We are looking for candidates who aspire for leadership along with having good communication skills to help us with the expansion of our office. A qualified candidate will have strong customer service skills and a desire to build relationships. An ideal candidate will be a quick learner with the ability to adapt and adjust quickly when necessary. They will often be tasked with giving presentations, attending weekly training events, and helping with professional development. It is essential that the candidate be personable and professional. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual objectives through the successful implementation of our sales and marketing strategies and systems.
- Planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and new clients
- Ultimately supervise 3-7 individuals
- Oversee training of team members
- Implement and manage systems among teams
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new opportunities.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations and relay objection handling.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports and other documentation as required for presentations.
- Handle and process paperwork and other administrative duties
