A printing, packaging, and fulfillment company has a full-time position, M-F, 9AM to 5PM, for an individual experienced in multiple facets of order entry, data entry, and office procedures utilizing the Microsoft Office suite and who can work independently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- processing of daily orders
- Creating daily reports to assist job-related functions
- Direct client contact through emails and phone
- Inventory Management
- General administrative support, answering phones, HR functions,
- Data entry for list compilation and lead management supporting marketing and sales initiatives
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of office experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite essential.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Time Management skills to easily adapt to increased work assignments
- Detail oriented and organized
- Working knowledge of accounting software, a plus
