Iron Horse Companies, a renowned leader in the commercial plumbing sector, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing commercial construction projects, particularly within the hotel, multi-family, and tenant improvement segments. This role demands a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple project and crew schedules, coordinating appointments, job walks, meetings, and more to ensure timely completion.
- Engage actively with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure optimal manpower allocation and material delivery.
- Regularly visit assigned project sites to oversee progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare and submit change orders and RFI's to clients and vendors as necessary.
- Promote and enforce safety standards in line with OSHA regulations and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with the estimating team and senior project managers for change order pricing and project adjustments.
- Source quotes from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors and assist with material take-offs and purchase orders.
- Contribute to the preparation of project budgets, profit projections, and various reports on work progress and manpower requirements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial plumbing experience in hotels, multi-family units, and tenant improvements.
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience in construction, with a strong focus on team leadership.
- Over 5 years of project management experience, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Foundation Software is a Plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
