Join our team today as an Asistant Director of operations! We are seeking a full-time experienced early childhood education leader, skilled in customer service, communication, coaching, performance management, organizational skills and time management.
As a School Assistant Director of Operations, you will focus on growing enrollment, building awareness in the community, inspiring teachers to create quality programming in the classrooms, managing the day-to-day operations and building strong partnerships with parents.
This position will ensure adherence to state standards, our mission, company policies and procedures along with bringing excellence in the care and education to the children and families we serve.
Boardwalk Private Preschool offers year-round programs for children from infant through school age.
Desired skills and experience as outlined below:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or in related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child-care facility (preferred)
- At least 4 years Preschool classroom experience (Licensed Facility preferred)
- Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management.
- Responsible for overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations.
- Possess deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school and embody the servant leadership philosophy.
