Responsibilities

Drives Clinical and Operational Excellence for the Home Health line of business by leveraging data and analytics to enhance company performance.
- Manages and mentors a team of analysts and/or developers, ensuring high performance, professional development and collaboration.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to CMS programs such as Value-Based Purchasing, QPC Stars, HHCAHPS, and Hospitalization Rates.
- Leads discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to design analytic and reporting solutions geared towards implementing and monitoring the company's strategic goals.
- Works with team to perform complex analysis and ad hoc requests and presents findings to business leaders to support decision-making.
- Responsible for preparing presentations to tell the story using charts, graphs, and diagrams.
- Provides work estimates and timelines and manages projects to completion. Communicates status of projects to leadership.
- Develops solutions that fit within the overall business intelligence strategy of the company.
- Responsible for quality assurance testing on reporting solutions and ad hoc requests.
- Creates documentation for reporting solutions and analysis.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, technical, healthcare, or financial field.
- Seven years' experience working with Enterprise Business Intelligence tools, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Experience leading analytics or business intelligence teams.
- Experience leading projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL language.

- Master's degree with healthcare or technical focus.
- Experience with R or Python.
