This position is responsible for assembling fabricated parts into final products parts into final products and to assist in all phases in the fab
shop.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Assemble fabricated in-house equipment as needed

Receive instruction on bolts (fasteners needed with the knowledge and ability to retrieve what is being requested what is being requested based on thread and size

Read standard tape measure to assist with assembling equipment

Maintain and clean shop area and equipment (including tools) throughout shift

Cut materials as needed with the knowledge and ability to drill and tap holes in metal

Assist department painter and welder as needed when prepping equipment
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and capable of performing without direct supervision-
Must be capable of managing time efficiently

Must speak English

Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry; Hand tools, Drills, Grinders, Wrenches, Table Saw, Band Saw

Must be able to read a standard tape measure

Must be able to use grinder as needed

Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
