We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven, compassionate, and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to become a part of our team! In this position, you will be providing support and supervision to clients in a group home setting. Duties and responsibilities may include, but not limited to
- medication administration
- preparing meals
- assisting with personal cares
- light cleaning
- transporting and accompanying clients on fun activities in the community
- engaging the clients in leisure activities in the home such as crafts and board games
- providing redirection
- charting
- de-escalating behaviors when needed

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a caregiver and criminal background check
