Lotus Behavioral Health: Receptionist (Full-Time):
Location: Winter Springs, FL

Lotus Behavioral Health is dedicated to renewing and restoring wholeness to individuals and their families impacted by substance abuse and mental health disorders. We provide comprehensive substance abuse and mental health assessments, Individualized Treatment, and encourage family involvement. Our services range from outpatient to intensive outpatient therapy for adults, with various levels of care for adolescents, including residential treatment.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, Based on Experience
Position Summary:
As the first point of contact, the Receptionist represents the face of Lotus Behavioral Health, reflecting our brand’s values and ethos to clients and employees. This role demands a highly focused customer service approach throughout the day.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year as a Receptionist
- At least 3 years in Customer Service (any field)
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain a customer-centric approach at all times.
- Facilitate communication across departments.
- Log calls in our tracking database.
- Handle deliveries and run verification of benefits for prospective clients.
- Manage centralized orders and data entry.
- Uphold excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Schedule:
- - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

- Frequent sitting for extended periods.
