Major World Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is currently seeking to hire Chrysler Experienced Automotive Sales Manager and or General Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team.
Looking for Candidates with successful Chrysler track record in automotive sales management, Desking. Ability to Work Deals, Close Deals, Train Sales Staff and Run all aspects of the Sales Department!
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the business
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new business
- Utilize software tools for efficient operations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Qualifications
-Previous experience in Automotive Finance, Automotive Sales Management
-Experience as a Automotive supervisor or manager
-Able to utilize dealership DMS system
-Strong computer and internet skills, including experience/skills with CRM systems
-Must have a good grasp of internet processes and understand how to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising
-Strong leadership qualities
-Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrated expertise in sales support and management
- Familiarity with negotiating deals and contracts
-We seek someone who is committed to inspiring his/her team; is dedicated to succeeding and growing our business with integrity; possesses professional sales and managerial skills; and, can support all sides of the business
-At least 5 years of proven Automotive Sales management experience managing a team
-Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen
-Strong people skills to train, manage and direct the teams so that they can meet goals and quotas
-Ability to communicate effectively & hold others accountable and give feedback in a way that is inspiring
-Must have good knowledge of fixed operations and other dealership departments in order to use our processes to expedite delivery and promote strong CSI

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
