We are expanding and looking for highly driven individuals from luxury hospitality or client focused backgrounds who thrive on providing the best client experience and want to grow in a fast paced industry.
Job Description
Joining the Private Jets team you will start as a trainee and be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry.
As a Trainee you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of a private charter, from fully understanding the clients needs, to sourcing the appropriate aircraft, arranging the travel & catering all the way through to completion. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Handling the A to Z to ensure all your clients have to do is fly on a private jet!

Pro-actively targeting your HNWI list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients in to ACS clients

Building relationships with Private Jet Operators to provide the most suitable aircraft options

Meeting KPIs and targets

Flight watching/overseeing flight departures

Negotiating and upselling
Qualifications

Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services
