Location: We are looking for fun Behavior Technicians in the Moreno Valley / Perris area for in-home therapy.
Job Description
- Implement direct behavior therapy with children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities using a fun, naturalistic approach.
- Teaching children how to communicate, socialize, and play through evidence base techniques.
- Provide 1:1 support to children in various settings including, in-home, school, and/or community.
- Build relationships with families and promoting family involvement.
- Implementation of behavior plans and interventions as directed by the Clinical team.
- Target skill goals as directed by the behavior consultant and Clinical Team.
- Electronic data collection, by collecting daily data on the child's behaviors, progress with goals as directed by the clinical team.
- Attend on-going training, in-services, and other meetings as scheduled.
- To log all hours worked, obtain signatures from authorized caregivers, and submit timesheets on time.

Qualifications
- Must be willing to provide therapy in the client’s home.
- Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- A minimum of one-year prior experience working with children.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to be active and sit on the ground for a long period of time.
- Ability to provide negative TB test results.
- Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
- Adult/Child/Infant CPR & First Aid.
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws/regulations.
Pay Range: $18-23 Depending on Experience and Educational Background
- No ABA Experience: $18/hour
- With ABA Experience: $18-23/hour
