Attain offers services in state of art senior housing communities. We offer flex scheduling, 1:1 care averaging 1 patient an hour with a strong emphasis on patient care not provider productivity. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consults with medical, ancillary professionals and other team members/supervisors to provide optimum quality patient care and effective operations.
- Provide treatment to patients in assisted living facilities focusing mainly on manual therapy.
- Maintains and completes evaluations, patient records, reports and all written documentation effectively and in a timely manner, in accordance with regulatory and department guidelines.
- Effectively communicates with patient and/or family/significant other in providing
- Ability to address staff and patients in a courteous and friendly manner as well as accept constructive criticism.
- Must be willing to communicate with patients of various levels of functioning and various types of personalities.
- Willingness to communicate perceived physical and emotional needs of patients to other skilled staff to assist with addressing their care needs.
- Adheres to Attain Physical Therapy’s policies and procedures.
