Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and spearhead the business development efforts for our MS batteries and HF chargers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the designated market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM manufacturers in the floor cleaning machine, golf cart, material handling, and forklift industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer support.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Technical areas preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the battery or charger distribution industry.
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, and OEM manufacturers in the floor cleaning machine, golf cart, material handling, or forklift industries is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Location:
This position is based in Plano, TX, USA, with frequent travel within North and Central America required.
