SENIOR TRANSITION SERVICES is a specialized moving company that helps senior citizens with all aspects of the moving process. We are currently looking for a Full Time Office Coordinator to join our team to help take care of business.
The Office Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our clients, operations manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative and book keeping activities using Quickbooks Desktop. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to organize their work.
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen phone calls during regular office hours.
- Screen voicemails left after hours and handle emergency calls as needed.
- Collect and evaluate client job information to schedule jobs and appointments.
- Maintain the company jobs calendar
- Prepare paperwork for daily operations.
- Maintain company business financials in Quickbooks
- Follow up with clients regarding invoicing and collections
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Quickbooks desktop
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School graduate or equivalent
