Essential Functions of Field Engineer:
Candidates must be able to provide quality control and daily coordination at project sites in addition to attending job meetings, developing meeting minutes, providing daily inspection and documentation, conducting change order reviews, and occupancy and move-in coordination. Under the general direction of responsible superintendent or designated supervisor, coordinate and monitor all phases of building construction at the work site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Strong construction expertise
· Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction related services on a specific project
· Typically a full time or daily presence on site
· Implementing quality assurance standards
· Ability to review design documents during design phase
· Participation in the development of logistics plans for construction
· Provide reports on all on-site matters, including third-party inspections, progress, safety concerns, and causes for delay.
· Maintain job-site files, documents, reports and daily log; prepare periodic reports
· Attend all job-site meetings as with project manager and or Jobsite superintendent.
· Perform related duties as assigned.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
