FocusGroups.org is looking for a part-time campaign manager to join us on our mission to help people make some extra cash in their spare time.
As our campaign manager you will be responsible for crafting campaigns to promote market research studies on our website, in our emails, through the app, and on our social platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands how to provide value to people and who knows how to drive conversions for online businesses.

Work 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Fully remote with a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy Development: Develop and execute campaign strategies to maximize conversions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Audience Segmentation and Engagement: Utilize data analysis and market research insights to identify and segment niche audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Email marketing: Set up email marketing campaigns such as email blasts, drip campaigns, follow-ups, etc.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other content assets tailored to resonate with niche audience segments.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across our platforms (website, email newsletters, app, and socials) to reach target audiences.
- Ad Management: Manage our own ad management system for our website, including ad placement, monitoring performance, and optimization.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign strategies. Ability to put yourself in the consumer’s shoes, know what they want.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in market research or familiarity with research methodologies is a plus.
