Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls, emails and job lead portals
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Utilize phone systems and computer software to access customer information and update records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or complaints
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions or concerns
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the dispatch of technicians accordingly
- Communicate with technicians throughout the workday to update leads, sales, etc.
- WE ARE A 24HR SERVICE INDUSTRY!!! Please note, while this is an in-office role from 8:00am-4:30pm, it is expected to be available to respond to job leads, communicate with clients and dispatch our technicians. *** Previous experience with this dynamic is a plus, but not required. ***
Experience :
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and using computer software systems
- Familiarity with Google Calendar or other scheduling software
- Knowledge of dispatch management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
